Once the shoe is customized it can not be undone. Minor alterations may be possible, but by sending the shoe, you acknowlege that the shoe will be returned back to you in a different state than it was originally sent.

Once the shoe has been received, you acknowlege that the artist will bless the project and have freedom to design the shoe as intended with inclusion of all points mentioned in original discussion.

After the project has started the owner of the shoe has 2 additional days to inform the artist of any additional detail requests. If the owner of the shoe is unsatisfied upon reveal, a potential alteration may be available upon request. Purchase may be refunded up to 50% as my time is valuable.

The length of time it takes to complete a project varies between each shoe and can be discussed prior to purchase.
